So I was sitting in class one day a couple of months ago and was just browsing some wikipedia articles. I usually always look up the same things, either video games or bands. I enjoy learning more about my favorite bands and I was shocked to hear that Metallica will be releasing a new album. Unfortunately as of now there is no release date on the album but rumors have it coming out around September of 2008. wtf?! Thats in a long time. Normally I wouldn’t care when it comes out because I would think it would suck anyways (Metallica has been known to release a huge line of crappy albums ever since the infamous “Black Album”). Much to my surprise the new album is said to be more like their old stuff and possibly the ‘missing link’ between the …And Justice for All album and Metallica. IF this is true I will probably be the first one to buy the album considering those were my two favorite albums released by them. Now I just gotta play the waiting game until the album is released and I get it.
CFK!!!
CFK was crazy this time around. With the transition to Windows XP from Windows 2000, a lot of problems were happening because of the Mar vs No-Mar issue. We had two different hard drives to ghost and we had to pay attention to each specific computer. Most of the computers weren’t even started until the last day possible and I spent 9 hours doing CFK from 10AM-7PM. Big thanks to Jeremy Reed for coming in from being in the hospital to help me finish the project. Him and I spent a lot of time finishing and recovering from others mistakes. All in all it turned out well and I want to thank anyone that helped make it possible.
